How long does it take to build my website?
For the base package, 2 weeks once all content is received.
What platform do you use and why?
We design sites in Showit and Squarespace because they allow us to customize your website and it's easy for you to manage! We’ll provide a training video to teach you how to update your website without coding once your project is completed so you won't need to worry about monthly management fees (unless you want us to manage your website for you!)
Do you write the copy or do I need to provide it?
If you do not have website copy available, we offer a copywriting package.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. The mobile website is built out once the desktop site is approved.
What do you need from me to get started?
We will need your domain registrar login, your Showit or Squarespace login, and a list of website pages needed.
A list with what I need specifically from you will be emailed and gone over at the time of onboarding.
How many revisions do I get to make?
Two revisions are included in each package. Additional revisions after will be billed separately.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Packages are paid in two installments: 50% when the contract is signed and the remaining 50% once the website is approved.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?
We do offer a monthly maintenance package. There is a 3-month minimum. Discounts are offered if you commit to 1 year.
Can you integrate email marketing / lead capture?
Yes! Our preferred platform is Flodesk and you can sign up here.
